Endangered Species

Post content

This summer I’ve been playing with photogrammetry apps (example below were done using Qlone–really easy and a lot of fun to use). Lately I’ve been researching endemic-endangered plants of Hawaii. I’m interested in creating a 3D model of ‘oha wai and animating endangered plants growing and engulfing generic tourist souvenirs. The concept is to create a dream world where the powers of commercial tourism and nature are inverse.
